I hate it when people think that Waves is the "be all, end all" when it comes to mixing. And if you absolutely need to use Waves, I've seen Waves stuff there before, people selling them for much cheaper than if you buy it 'new'. Eventide's Ultra Channel is another good option, and It's on sale right now. Alloy 2 is an all in one channel strip for mixing, it has everything you need to mix in a single plugin. Grab iZotope's Alloy 2 which I've seen go for as little as $50 at the KVR Marketplace. And if you are a student there are some companies that offer student discounts.Īnd there's this thing called the KVR Marketplace which is a forum where you can buy "used" plugins. Īs mentioned previously, look out for sales, you can get very good sales during summer/Black Friday/Christmas sales. So you have no excuse, and you can never ever justify using cracked plugins. If you just Google "Free Mixing plugins" you will come up with lists and lists of plugins which you can just download for free. There are plenty of cheaper options as well. You already have everything you need in Logic, seriously. Or do someone no there a cheaper plug in like the waves
